All non-wedding events will be contracted on an individual basis. Wedding packages start as follows:

Day of Coordination

  • Free consultation

  • Phone calls, emails, texts to stay up to date on details

  • 2 Meetings - 1 of which is a venue walk through

  • List of preferred vendors

  • Freedom to use any of The Fairy Godmother’s “Something Borrowed” inventory (linens are subject to a fee)

  • Travel time within 1.5 hours of home

  • Act as a liaison between all vendors one month prior to your event

  • Prepare a timeline for each vendor 2 weeks prior to event

  • Prepare a checklist for clients 2-3 weeks prior to event

  • Prepare a timeline for all bridal party and family 2 weeks prior to wedding

  • Assist in any decor design needed at the venue

  • Review floor plan layout for best flow of events

  • Assist in rehearsal

  • First to arrive at the venue on the day of, and last to leave

  • Orchestrate all decor, ceremony, and reception with the client. Set up, clean up, and coordinate room flip

  • Distribute any final payments to vendors


Partial Planning Options

  • Includes all “Day of” Package

  • Research all venues and vendors within client’s budget and requirements

  • Prepare a list of questions prior to any vendor meeting

  • Attend venue and vendor meetings with clients

  • Create and distribute checklist to aid in tracking and planning

  • Create and distribute timeline and budget to keep clients and The Fairy Godmother organized throughout planning

  • 2 Additional meetings (4 total)

  • Give recommendations on where to rent/buy decor and additional needs for event

  • Aid in finding decor, price comparisons for items needed, rental options


Complete Planning Options

  • Includes all “Day Of” package

  • Includes all “Partial Planning Options”

  • Additional Travel Expenses will be discussed if needed (i.e. destination events)

  • All communication and payments for vendors would be done through The Fairy Godmother with periodic invoices given to the client

  • Assist with options for bridal showers, hotel stays, and rehearsal dinner location

  • Managing all decor, bar/reception/ceremony needs, which includes distributing comparisons, rental options, and shopping

  •  Package will be customized and upgraded with the needs of each couple and event
